I recently asked the abiword list if they would fix page up/down to move the cursor, not just flip pages. No doubt I am not the only one who gets really annoyed because I find a section of text with page up/down and go to type or hit an arrow key and it jumps back to where the cursor was!
I was told it was recently fixed in CVS. I think this is a major usability upgrade. Im not sure if its in 0.99.2 or just CVS at this stage (I cant find it mentioned on the site) but I think it would a good idea to include a version with this fix. Someone else asked about cut + paste in kde. They were working on it a day or 2 ago so I dare say not just yet. It doesnt work 100% under some apps in gnome either. (although they may be kde apps). Note that I am not an abiword developer, but I belive this infomation is correct.
