[Cooker] we want xine in main distribution :-)

Jerome just sent me two new skins for xine (one of which with official mdk 
colors) and asked me why xine was not in main part of the distribution. With 
current witch-hunt for napster client, i think potential legal problems are 
currently main Mandrake concern, even if i never saw any official position on 
this topic.
So, which is the best way to have at least an explanation on this subject, or 
much better, make this position evolves ?
