Hi Lenny and all, I've uploaded Arkanae SRPM in ftp://ftp.linux-mandrake.com/incoming/. Arkanae is a free 3D RPG game, that use Java and OpenGL.
The packages are the following : GL4Java-2.8.2.0-1mdk.src.rpm arkanae-0.6-1mdk.src.rpm png-sixlegs-1.2.2-1mdk.src.rpm GL4Java and PNG-sixlegs are Arkanae dependancies. Arkanae also need the JRE 1.3 and OpenGL (Hardware acceleration is recommended to have a goo FPS !). Arkanae has been tested on Mandrake 8.0 with SUN and BlackDown JRE, and with NVidia driver (TNT2, ...), Mesa software (a bit slow but it works) and Mesa-DRI (on a radeon). Enjoy playing ! Greetings !
