If you use current cooker - it hurts nothing. (but I'm sure MDK
developpers will recommend you to either lower the security level
and/or tweak it's configuration and turn unneeded stuff off)
P.S. Uninstalling msec caused some little problems with PATH not
having /usr/X11R6/bin element, but the problem was fixed in
setup-2.2.0-24mdk, which was actually simple PATH change in
/etc/profile
