I'm confirming this problem. Last 2 releases of kdebase does it. I'm
not so sure about the exact last version which didn't do it, but it
was probably OK with -59mdk and older. This look pretty annoying when
your icons moves around desktop between login sessions and you have to
rearrange it all the time.
