The packages that link to libtcl.so and libtk.so are incorrect.
Instead , they should link to libtcl8.3.so and libtk8.3.so, because
by tcl/tk's so naming conventions, binary compatibility is not
guaranteed for minor revisions of tcl/tk.
Yet, the links are indeed missing. I'll add them back and fix the
library dependencies for the broken applications.
