Look on the regular cooker mirrors for the SRPMS. The beta3 SRPMS aren't archived separately. So if the version you need isn't there the best you can do is get what you want out of CVS. You'll be able to get the SPEC file and the patches from the CVS. The source you'll have to get from somewhere else on the net.
