On my cablemodem I have been having allot of timeout issues which are
the fault of my isp but when my connection goes down curl will time out
and it doesn't try to abort the download. I have to manually abort the
download. Then I have to goto the urpmi cache and delete the partialy
downloaded file or else rpmdrake will try to install it.
