I have found a strange bug which occurs when I have Konqueror running on my
GNOME/Sawfish desktop. Here's how I can reproduce it (100% reproducable):
1. Start GNOME with Sawfish as the WM.
2. Make some floating and sliding GNOME Panels, with the stacking level set to
'Above' to place them above all Sawfish windows. 3. Open Konqueror in file
manager mode, in a maximised window. 4. Right-click a file in Konq and select
'Properties...'. The file properties will be displayed in a pop-up window. 5.
Leaving the Properties window open, switch to another viewport. 6. Switch back
to the viewport where Konq is.
For me, the result is that my panels lose their 'Above' stacking status, meaning
that I cannot access them while the Konqueror (or any other) window is
maximised. The only apparent solution to this seems to be to restart Sawfish
(available from the desktop middle-click menu).
Does anyone have any ideas on this?
