You can use rpm-rebuilder.
It still needs some manual work to have the different buildrequires installed 
for the different packages at build time.

Hmm, for the i486, you need to have a kernel .config so it can build a i486.rpm.
I tried to build a i486 some time ago, but I had some src.rpm build troubles.
I'm not a programmer, so I gave up.
