[Cooker] tv tuner card works - almost

I've got a TView99 tuner card that is recognized, and nearly works, in RC1, 
but only displays one channel.
Drakxtv runs, scans through the channels, and then only displays Cartoon 
Network on any channel I select.
It's set for NTSC, I'm in the US, and it acts the same whether I tell it to 
scan on us cable, us cable-hrc, or terrestrial.
Any suggestions, comments?
