Redid it.  It was pathetically slow because well rpmmon.pl is
pathetically slow.  rpmmon.pl loads the entire maintainer file into
memory and uses a bunch of external programs to do things that could be
done in perl.  So I'm no longer using rpmmon.pl. It
does the search internally now.

Also it recovers the full email address.  And provides a mailto tag now.

P.S. gc why are you using cat to get the contents of a file?  Ever heard
