All of this boils down to 1 which bugs get fixed on a STOP THE PRESSES basis and which ones get fixed on a next freq basis and which bugs get fixed on a wash the dog/let the maintaner do it basis
2 Mandrake needs a "on every street corner" distribution ie in the US if anybody could pick up a cd set at RadioShack (and then pick up the freq/bug fix disc later) then if package X has say a zlib problem it becomes oh the next freq disc will have the patches RS will have the cds on ____.
