After further examination of the spec file for the 4.2.0-10, I've done my best to remove the ati.2 code from the package. This results in proper(?) detection and init of the hardware acceleration, and allows (among other things) RtCW to start in accel mode. However, video output is -- as far as I can tell -- nonexistent. Rendering into a window produces a big, black square, and fullscreen 3D produces a blank monitor. I could /really/ use some help getting this fixed.
