Since I'm the one who posted that I'll presume you're addressing this to
me in care of the entire cooker list.

It was not and is not my intention to offend. Intentions aside, I would
like to offer an apology to the Mdk folks who took my posting as a
personal affront. I will make an earnest effort to choose my words more
carefully.

I do _not_ retract the criticism itself. It stands.
