Please look at my question. I think RedHat users do not upgrade either.

In case you are new here on cooker, I have reported about 30 different
problems on 8.2 beta1, beta3, beta4, and rc1. A few were bogus, but 
quite some led to changes, and a number of them are unresolved.

What is the release plan for the enterprise edition?
