[Cooker] Evolution needs to be restarted

Hmmmm ... noticed on 8.2 that Evolution 1.0.2[5mdk] seems temperamental
starting.  With 4mdk it started everytime that I used it.  Now with 8.2
I've had to close and restart Evolution so that all my mailboxes didn't
have -1 as a value.
