Kinda late for the 8.2 release yes, but maybe this can be fixed for
the next release.

I just tried to upgrade an 8.1 box here to 8.2.  The upgrade
complained after package selection that there was not enough space to
do the upgrade.  It also said 471842437 > - 14518217.  I suspect it is
trying to tell me how much space I need and how much I have.  The
message is not at all intuitive.

Additionally, this system has / /usr and /var on separate filesystems
(all on LVM LVs actually) so I have no idea which filesystem(s) do not
have enough space.

This situation really needs to be cleaned up in the installer.

If one wanted to win brownie points, the installer would recognize
that the filesystem(s) that were low on space are on LVs and that they
could be extended.  :-)  It is great that Mandrake support LVM, but
actually making use of it would be even better.
