Strictly speaking, these are 8.2 issues as they occured when I was
upgrading one of my boxes to 8.2, but they are also Cooker issues
because they (probably, nay, likely) still exist in Cooker and should
be addressed before the next release (8.3/9.0).

1. The installer considers 48MB of memory to be "low". As such, I
used the "text" install mode as it suggested. The installer should
not require more memory than a system can sufficiently run with.

2. Using the text mode installer with a "low" (48MB) of memory it did
not ask for CD #2, leaving my system with a handful of packages not
upgraded, and me unaware that it had done this until openssh-server
would not start due to it being from the last release (not
   upgraded).

3. I opted for a higher security level during the upgrade and was then
unable to log into the system as either a user or root because the
new, higher level of security required passwords be less than a
certain age whereas the old security level did not and did not
force the users to change their passwords. The new security level
thought they were too old and refused them, for users AND for root.
The installer should probably reset the age on the passwords when a
security level that requires passowrds to be changed after a
certain amount of time is chosen.
