Other that this, I find that all /home/*/public_html are now not
accessable, because msec change all /home/* to 700. 

In my opinion, this is too restrict. Because it is normal for many
server allow user to put web page at their user directory. How can I set
it?

Besides, I don't know why mandrake still use /etc/hosts.deny as
protection. Why don't just integrate all incoming security setup to
iptables rules?
