Just some observations. When I set local-arch to athlon it kicks out a bunch
of the rpm's as not needed for that arch. So i set local arch to i686 and
fakearch to athlon this seems to work fine but quite a few of the rpm's fail
with a line simmilar to this:
+ cd /home/webmedic/rpm-rebuilder/RPM/BUILD
+ cd egcs-1.1.2
+ rm -rf obj-athlon-mandrake-linux-gnu
+ mkdir obj-athlon-mandrake-linux-gnu
+ cd obj-athlon-mandrake-linux-gnu
+ export 'LANGUAGES=c c++'
+ LANGUAGES=c c++
+ ../configure --prefix=/usr --enable-shared --enable-threads
athlon-mandrake-linux-gnu

error: Bad exit status from /home/webmedic/RPM/TMP/rpm-tmp.12515 (%build)
RPM build errors:

after that I start getting allot of failed dependencies but that should not
be a problem after I get the base system compiled.
