Hi everyone,
I've been trying to get ALSA to work correctly under 8.2-final on my
laptop. Now everything sounds great, however whenever I reboot I get a
"FAILED" message when the system tries to save mixer settings and another
"FAILED" message when the system tries to restore mixer settings on startup.
Thus, I have to manually turn up my volume controls at every boot.
Any idea what might cause this? It's a Maestro 2E card, FWIW.
