Hi, The final and the RC1 mandrake 8.2 has a mistake in the speedtouch.sh script: the ppp device is initialised during the call of "connect_ISP" and again in the load_kernel_module "ppp" . (I am not sure if the ppp kernel module is loaded during the call for ppp or before that in the boot sequence)
This cause the Error message in the boot sequence (it is only a message, the connection is fine). Just supress the call for the load_kernel module "ppp".
