Yes and no. I haven't tested the support, but as far as I know, you have to apply a patch before the NAT works for H.323. And even then it's only a quick hack, because the support is "find something that looks like correct IP, change it and hope for the best".. It works most of the time, but I wouldn't call it H.323 support for NAT. You can find more info from google with keywords: "h.323 nat linux" or similiar. You can also look for gatekeepers..
