Well, the simpliest for sources rpm is to just build iso with mkisofs. There
are no particular needs regarding their repartition or such. Just separe
them in 650 MB (or whatever your CD size is) and make ISO (mkisofs -r -J 
-o srpm1.iso /PATH/SRPMS1).

Alternatives are, first, use the auto mode of mkcd with the sources option:

mkcd -a -s --noisolinux /cooker /contrib/RPMS /cooker/SRPMS /contrib/SRPMS

or something like that, and you will get CDs with sources included
(the present sources mode separate each CDs half with RPMS, half with
SRPMS, I will had a switch to put SRPMS in separate disk, it is quite 
easy to implement).

And second, create your own config file (use examples in the misc/doc
dir on CDs).
