If I remember correctly, this is caused by adding a user using 
webmin.  Take a look at /etc/passwd for a user with an odd value for the 
"when next to change password" field.  Change it to match the 
others.  Sorry if I'm not precise with the details, but I don't remember 
them all.  This topic _has_ appeared in the Mandrake Cooker - look for 
"MSEC problem" in the subject.  Note:  if you want to rebuild from source, 
there _is_ a patch for libmsec.py.
