Yes, I always do --level 345 to ensure that links in rc3 and 5 are in sync. 
And, then, --level 06 to ensure that all my services are stopped right. I 
don't like mixing init.d and xinetd services in one list.
Should we include this in distributed ntsysv or not, is a usability question, 
may be shouldn't, and consider that primary tool for mandrake - drakxservices.
