Still have the conflict with /etc/colorgccrc between gcc-colorgcc-3.1 and 3.0.4

Perhaps changing the 'noreplace' in the 3.1 specs or even have each version of gcc tag 
their colorgccrc entry.
3.1, since default would be colorgccrc, 3.0 would be colorgccrc3.0 etc.
