read what i wrote:

     "obviously they're not since urpmi -p would have know else.
      they do're in siag-common but're not provided."

which means for people which have problem with their eyes:
1) siag-common doesn't provides them (ie there's no "Provides: " in
   the spec for these progs)
   and i don't see the point in making siag-common providing packages
   that never existed in any distro
2) these programs are in siag-common but're not provided
   understand ?

ps: please:
    1) learn how to quote
    2) read some rpm docs.
