The following message is a courtesy copy of an article
that has been posted to comp.emacs.xemacs as well.

I'm not sure if this is a problem with the Mandrake 8.2 packaging of
XEmacs or if it is a problem with the latest ps-print package being
shipped with XEmacs, but in trying to use the A-P print command in
GNUS, I get the error:

  ps-print PostScript prologue
  `/usr/share/emacs/20.5/etc/ps-print/ps-prin0.ps' file not found

which is absolutely correct; GNU Emacs is not installed, so
this file actually lives at the XEmacs location of
/usr/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages/etc/ps-print/ps-prin0.ps

Trouble is, I cannot find any customize-variable setting or any clues
from the ps-print package to say why XEmacs is suddenly looking for
this package in the GNU Emacs location, or how to correct it. It
worked fine with Mandrake 8.0 and with various cooker snapshots up to
8.2, but with the 8.2 discs, printing suddently hit this showstopper.
