Yes I realized that :) > > Most stuff are allready availible as modules, there's not much left to do > > :) > > Thanks to you! Well, I've taken many things from here and there, there's just a few I made myself. But, even though it's very "modular" now, apache loads much slower ;( Here's my wishlist: I would like to break out openssl, I tried and failed (imap and snmp complains...)... Also pcre refuses to break out... Annoying stuff... Fix so that we have php for apache2... All this work started some time ago (almost a year now?) out of frustration when I wanted snmp for nisca, well..., now it's in place and many other stuff too. It's quite funny that according to Brett Baugh (the author of nisca) nisca v3.x won't even use SNMP in PHP... > > Maybe move important extensions from contrib to Cooker main (session, > > etc.)? > > Yes! And drop unimportant ones to contrib, like php-dba_bundle. Hmm - > maybe everything should be in main? Hmm... Yes, maybe all of them in main... Also people responsible for php nuke and such _really_ needs to add the requirements (php-session, etc.) to their packages. This will prevent unessesary whining...
