I have been told on one list to configure my mailer to not use Russian attribution text (meaning headings in replies, forwarding etc). Withholding my comments, I would readily do it - unfortunately I cannot find _any_ setting in Evolution that would allow changing language used for it. It appears it is blindly using current locale.
