i'm sooo stupid :-(

i located libqt-mt.so.3 ( /usr/lib/qt3/lib ), and added that to
/etc/ld.so.conf, ldconfig, and it worked...

so it was easy to solve... but yesterday (some packages were older, like
kdebase and libtq3) it worked without this, so
maybe there were some config problems with the rpms...
