-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I put this into cooker since we have been running amavis-0.2.1 (which is not runtime-configurable) and amavis-ng is, and has more features/support for MTAs/scanners.
Amavis-ng also supports clamav that went into cooker a few weeks back (although clamav - and OpenAntivirus - still has a long way to go in terms of virus-signatures). I have tested with Postfix/Sophos (well, actually all my mail goes through it atm), I would appreciate reports from people running other combos of MTA and scanner. Would it be possible to try and get an out-the-box solution with postfix/clamav/amavis (something is better than nothing), or is it good enough to let people read the README.<MTA> and edit their /etc/amavis/amavis.conf Regards, Buchan Buchan Milne wrote: | [Contrib-RPM] | | --=-=-= | Name : amavis-ng Relocations: (not relocateable) | Version : 0.1.3 Vendor: MandrakeSoft | Release : 1mdk Build Date: Thu May 23 18:23:08 2002 | Install date: (not installed) Build Host: bgmilne.cae.co.za | Group : Development/Perl Source RPM: (none) | Size : 54460 License: GPL | Packager : Buchan Milne <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | URL : http://www.amavis.org | Summary : A MAil VIrus Scanner | Description : | Amavis-ng is A (new generation) Mail Virus Scanner.
