kwintv is kde's "vilain canard" :
1st episode: after being abandonned by its father which disapeared in
cyberspace after putting all bugs he can while porting it to kde2, it
got in kdenonbeta cvs.
2nd episode: george cleaned it and got it in a working state
3rd episode: some kde developper took a look at it, wanted to make a
super stuff from it (kpart object a la opendoc (for
macintoch survivors)
the pb is that its current state seems to be the opendoc one a few
years ago: either you take the kde-2.2.x branch or you take the
kde-3.x branch whose transformation has been stopped while in the
middle of the process ...
