[Cooker] kernel-2418-18,gcc-3.1.1 and Nvidia

NVIDIA_kernel src rpm will not build with kernel-2418-18 and gcc-3.1.1.

Could some kind soul enlighten me as to how the IGNORE_CC_MISMATCH
option is suppose to be passed.
