Hi, I just installed a new computer (athlon XP) and I am experiencing a weird systemcrash during intensive network trafficing. I can't put the finger on it what it is exactly but eh... that is not the point :)
Point is that I reboot with alt-sysrq- S U B and that after a reboot the system does notice the filessystem is unclean, but it never checks the filesystem for real. I have one ext2 partition and after the boot I unmount it and fsck it and it is still marked unclean. Am I missing something or is this something that needs to be fixed?
