Seems like it:
{pts/1}% touch a b A B
{pts/1}% bash
[bor@localhost tmp]$ echo [A-Z]
A b B
still it did work on the same system couple of weeks before. Which means
something has been changed (probably in how rpm treats regular
expressions).
