Who? KDE RPMs? No. Latest ftp.kde.org PRMs for 8.x have prefix of
/opt/kde3 (I just installed them, they were changed on May 30).

(please be specific, kde3 never went into /usr/bin, only the kde3
binaries. The kde3 prefix has either been /usr or /opt/kde3).
