This means you have a too old libstdc++ (?), current cooker is
   libstdc++.so.4
   libstdc++.so.4(CXXABI_1)
   libstdc++.so.4(GLIBCPP_3.1)
which means it will fails too with these packages.

They need to be rebuild against new libstdc++ of cooker.

Do the following command to check your hdlist (cooker part)
parsehdlist --provides <hdlist_file> | grep libstdc++
