Around here it's cheaper. 700M CDs are 29.9 cents, 650M CDs are 28 cents. (in 100 CD
packs)
700M CDs: 7 * 29.9 = 209.3  (little over $2.09)
650M CDs: 8 * 28 = 224 ($2.24)

Plus - walMart sells 700M CDs in 100 CD packs.
They only sell 25 CD packs of 650M, so the per CD price is actually higher. (33 cents
per CD)

Anyone in the US should find 700M CDs a much better deal, and save by having the ISOs
in 700M size

calculate at price per CD, please? I think you'll find you actually lose money by
using more CDs.

Hmm - what hardware issue? Even my old 2x CD-ROM drive reads 700M CDs without a prob.

I personally prefer the 700M size and use it when making my own CDs from cooker (4 at
700M or 5 at 650M).
If the price or hardware became an issue, though, I'd be content with 650M from
Mandrake - no point in making it hard on someone else just to save me a few pennies.
