And while waiting for the 'when', isn't there any src-available jre
that can be build with gcc-3.1 ? I'm thinkin on blackdown, or kaffe,
or any other (doe shave gcj anything to say here ?).

Just looked for a substitute plugin, but could not find any.

Somebody knows a java-plugin substitute ?
