i believe that David is saying that you should try closing all open programs, then logout w/ "remember sessions" checked. you should only have to do that once, and that should fix your problem. apparently you had AbiWord and GKrellm open the last time that you checked the "remember sessions" box, so that's why both programs have been loading up with each boot. you should have read his email more closely -- don't make me have to say 'duh'.... -J.M.L.
