Don't look at the changelog since I prepared this package from the previous one, not from 0.7.2-1mdk. The first two changend BuildRequires are to compile the package under 8.2, so you can disregard them. The other changes are necessary though, if you want wv to convert images embedded in word documents. As supplied wv would extract embedded images as wmf but would not convert them to png, so they cannot be used in the html page produced during the conversion.
