Unless I'm seriously mistaken, the win32_dll plugin does NOT include any
binary / non free stuff; it just allows to load DLLs if you have them.
It's included *in the source* of Xine, and compiled every time as far as
I can tell, it's just not copied over to the RPM by the Mandrake spec.
I'm not talking about the Win 32 DLLs themselves, just the loader
(xine-lib/src/libw32dll).
