So it looks like running Nautilus with fam (and hence xinetd and portmap) is required? This kind of sucks for people who don't want to be running with any of these three services installed. Is fam support required for non-Mandrake Nautilus? I just wish there were another way for fam to function w/o portmap. I think it's on the TODO list though. -- Steve Fox http://k-lug.org
