chroot: cannot execute /usr/bin/runinstall2:
Permission denied

doing some ls -l's I see that
/usr/bin/perl-install/install2 has permissions of 444
(aka not executable and that's a problem), and I have
preserved permissions from the mirror, so this needs
to be fixed there.

Something interesting I also noticed, in
/usr/bin/perl-install/ there is an emacs backup file,
modules.pm~ that probably doesn't need to be there.
