Because the "file:" type has not been added to the "Internet service" for
GNOME, therefore, it uses Mozilla (or galeon) for all unknown services..

I'll fix that.. In the mean time, Go to
Configuration/GNOME/Advanced/Files Types and Programs, choose Internet
services, Add a service
Procotol name:  file
Program : nautilus ""
