Thanks for the reply.  I understand what to enter at the boot: prompt, but now 
I can't figure out how to get the boot: prompt.  If I boot from CD-1 for the 
install, it takes off without ever offering the boot: prompt.  I made a 
floppy using rawritewin according to the directions in section 3 of 
INSTALL.txt and booted from that with the same results.

Any idea what I should do differently?
