This is not a bug in packaging of samba, and I don't think it's a samba
bug. I suggest you try reading man smb.conf (section "NOTE ABOUT
USERNAME/PASSWORD VALIDATION" and , or ask questions on an appropriate
support mailing list ([EMAIL PROTECTED],
[EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED]) or post a question on
http://www.mandrakeexpert.com

You may be able to fix this quickly by adding "guest ok = yes", "map to
guest = bad user" or "map to guest = bad password" in the global section
of your smb.conf (but please don't post back here if that doesn't work!).
